Momma always said: "Life is like a box of chocolates, Forrest. You never know what you're gonna get." 阿甘：“妈妈常常说，人生就如同一盒巧克力，你永远无法知道下一粒是什么味道”
Mother: It's my time. It's just my time. Oh, now, don't you be afraid sweetheart. Death is just a part of life, something we're all destined to do. I didn't know it. But I was destined to be your momma. I did the best I could.

Forrest: Momma says that stupid is as stupid does.

Forrest: They just couldn't believe that somebody would do all that running for no particular reason.
2nd Reporter: Why are you doing this?
Forrest: I just felt like running.
Jenny I love you.
Forrest (voice-over): You died on a Saturday morning.
Forrest : And I had you placed here under our tree.
Forrest : And I had that house of your father's bulldozed to the ground.
Forrest (voice-over) Momma... ... always said dyin' was a part of life.
bulldoze: 用推土机消除、削平或挖出；威胁，恫吓
Forrest: Now, my Momma always told me that miracles happen every day. Some people don't think so, but they do.
Forrest: But I can run like the wind blows.
Forrest: From that day on, if I was going somewhere, I was running!
